Anyone struggling with snacking in the evening?
The ONLY way I can keep my fasting blood sugar in a normal range is to only fast for like, 8 hours. 9 or 10 and I am way over. Which means that I have to snack, and then test/eat again 8 hours later...and then time to go to work, which means I'm never quite getting 8 hrs of sleep and I'm always tired!
I have the slowest releasing carb/sugar snack I can, with something high in protein, which is the only way I can even make it 8 hrs with normal numbers. Anyone else struggling with this? Anyone have any advice?
