Vitex and very early pregnancy?

I just found out I’m pregnant (11 dpo) and I’ve been taking vitex for the last 6 months (twice a day). Do I stop taking it or continue? I had a miscarriage last year and a chemical two months ago so I’m very very nervous.

I hate this question, because I struggle on what to do myself. 
I’ve had 2 miscarriages this past year; the first I wasn’t taking vitex and the second I took for one cycle and stopped cold turkey per dr/pharmacist recommendation. 
Now I’ve been put on progesterone 100mg suppository at bedtime but it’s really just precautionary. I was told to stop the vitex, but asked if I could taper off it and she said to take 1 pill daily for a week if it makes me more comfortable; I think I’m going to do it for 2 weeks I’ll be at 7wks by then. 
I mean the progesterone is supplementing/supporting the pregnancy now right, so I shouldn’t have to worry about continuing the vitex?? I mean that’s what the dr said, whom I should listen to it’s just I worry

Ask your ob if u need progesterone since that’s what vitex helps with as well

Ive been taking it twice a day till 11 weeks then 1 a day im now 12 weeks still taking it once a day.

From what I have read dont stop. It has caused some women to miscarry as it is providing the necessary progesterone that the pregnancy needs. I am taking it as well and will be till the end of first trimester.

Best not to: ask your doctor but the main thing is to keep up with the prenatals. So early the embryo is getting everything from the egg and yolk sac: takes weeks for the placenta to form.
