I have general anxiety disorder and went through a rough patch during 1T with my first wonderful babe. Put on 10mg lexapro. Took one Xanax .25 mg.

This time around feels way worse. Shaking constantly and taking .5 mg Xanax every 12 hrs. Upped lexapro to 20 mg but waiting 2 weeks for that to kick in seems like an eternity.

Am I all alone?

Need positivity only. Wouldn’t take the meds if they weren’t ABSOLUTELY essential.

This shaking is horrible and trying to care for my 1 yo is so difficult.
