What is “Sperm Isolation; Complex prep” ? IVF

Our fertility clinic sent us a reciept of what we had done and it does have Sperm thawing $100 checked and then this is different it says Sperm isolation complex prep $345 
We did do ICSI But that was a separate charge of $1,575 so what is the 345 for?

Once sperm is collected for ivf a quick sperm count is done then the sperm is put through a gradient to remove nonmotile and slow moving sperm. Then it is washed and incubated until it is used for ivf. This is likely that charge.
