lower pelvic pain????

ever since I started becoming sexually active again i’ve had a pain in my left side near my ovary .. had a transvaginal ultrasound to rule out a cyst .. period just ended so it’s not that .. i’m on the pill and use condoms .. any idea what this pain is? I usually only feel it when I stand up idk it’s weird and i’m confused
