Baby acne or something else ?

Has anyone seen anything like this before? I'm going to take him to the dr, but I didnt know if this was baby acne or something else

Doesn’t look like baby acne to me ☹️ I’d get it checked out!

Thanks everyone!! Doc says its  hyperpigmentation from a rash and nothing to worry about. Looks way worse than it is. I was terrified it was ringworm.  Almost felt like the worlds worst mom.😊😊😊
