Period is 10-15 days late! Iv been cramping really badly for the past 2 days. Iv started taking thyroid medicine about a week ago. How can I help my period start naturally I don’t want to take any meds for it. I got my paragaurd our last Friday so I’m not pregnant and I have to tested to be on the safe side. It feels like it wants to start but my body isn’t releasing. I’m bloated cramping like crazy and even had my normal face break out but no period!
