Switching to formula!! :( feeling sooo guilty

I’m 4 weeks postpartum and for the sake of sleep I didn’t pump 2 nights and my milk supply drastically went down:(!!! Now I’m forced to supplement with formula..

My question is; is it normal that he only poops once a day !!! He’s been taking similac sensitive and I’ve noticed he’s alittle colic and he’s poops Have decreased..

Side note: boobs been sooo uncomfortable engorged !!! Y’all think I can re supply my milk!?
