When did you schedule c-section ?

Hi ladies! I have my 28 week appointment on Monday the 21st. I was curious when you schedule the date for a repeat c-section? How do doctors determine when they will schedule your day? Thanks 😊

Just mention wanting to schedule to your doctor and they should work it out and message you the date or your date options. 
To my understanding unless there are major issues that make them need to deliver the baby early then you won’t be scheduled until 39 weeks or more. 
Last c-section I had was scheduled at 39 weeks exactly and this time it’s scheduled for like 39+1. 
My doctor tries to get you as close to 39 as possible because it lessens the chance of you going into labor before hand.

My dr scheduled mine when I was 20 weeks since it’s around the holidays. She picked dec 26th. I will be exactly 39 weeks
