My last depo was due March 2019. My periods came back the same month. They are now regular (touch wood). Got a positive opk last month and bbt confirmed. 🤞Fingers crossed now.
How did you know you we’re ovulating after depo
Been off depo for 6 months started getting positive ovulation tests 1 months ago should I not get my hopes up I was on depo a little over 7 years I’ve had 4 periods so far
