6 weeks today, went in for an early ultrasound on Monday due to red bleeding since Friday. There were two sacs, one empty and doctor pulled out a blob. Decided not to send it to the lab because it had already happened. Doctor suggested that it’s most likely a twin didn’t develop since my progesterone and hcg level was higher than my firstborn at 4 weeks. Other sac is developing on time. Going back for a second ultrasound next Tuesday
