Can’t lose weight!!!
So for the last month or so I’ve only eaten 800 calories a day but barely lost any weight!
I’ve had my thryoid checked and it falls into the normal range, slightly on the under active end of normal, albeit normal.
I do have a desk job Monday-Friday 9-5 so I admit I’m not getting as much exercise as I would like, but surely eating 800 calories a day should mean I lose weight?! Especially as before I was eating triple, maybe even quadruple this...
