yeast infection

ok so i’ve started getting yeast infections before all my periods this started about 4 months ago i’d say. and the last two times they happened i’ve used boric acid pills for yeast infection to treat it but they keep coming back. and i’m pretty good with hygiene and they only come before my periods. any advice??
