I totally adore my baby he's an amazing baby. I also have a little boy just turned 3. I am so blessed to have my little family and adore my boys. Does anyone else miss their independence a bit?

Some days are tough and just silly things like getting out the house. Do you ever miss like going for lunch with friends where can actually talk etc. Going shopping. Cinema etc.

My husband and I haven't had a dinner out or a night to ourselves in a long long time and I miss it. We have had 1 lunch out since baby been born. I don't think I've been on my own in months.

I think having friends without kids makes you realise as well what missing. I'm in mat leave until next June (I know I'm lucky) but obviously not getting the same wage so can't just go out and spend all the time.
