Tummy tuck

Did anyone get a tummy tuck ? I have Diastisis recti and these exercises that you do to help these are SO FUCKING CONFUSING !!! I’m not sure if I’m doing it right. And if your doing it wrong then it makes the diastisis worse . How was your recovery , how much did yours cost (I know everyone’s will be different) did you have to pay all at once or can you make payments
