vaginal health......

so for about a week i've been red , swollen and itchy down there. there's no smell or discharge. it's also really really dry which is new for me..... i thought it was a yeast infection so i took antibiotics i had and used a anti fungal cream. but nothing is helping. i have also tried ACV bath. i plan on calling my dr in the morning. has anyone dealt with this???
