Belly pain after IUD

I got the copper iud about 10 days ago. Insertion was fine just felt like a little pinch. No pain afterwards just a little spotting for about 5 days. Now today I’m having a lot of belly pain and bloating. It almost feels like my uterus is swollen. I can’t press on my belly without wxtreme pain. My daughter jumped on it this morning and I about died. Just wondering if anyone else had this happen??
