Am I pregnant?

I had oral sex and he ejaculated on my hand, and I just used hand wipes and 70% alcohol to clean my hands because I wasn’t near any sink where I could wash my hands with water and soap. I went home after an hour and I forget to wash my hands and just went to my room and slept. But before I slept I scratched my vagina and forgot. Could I get pregnant?
