I feel like I should have a handle on this by now... but I def don’t! I ebf but twice a week I have help and my LO gets a bottle. I pump 5 oz every morning, and then pump when the sitter is here and he gets a bottle. However, when I pump bc of the bottle it’s usually the late afternoon/evening and I wind up only getting maybe 3 oz. is that ok? I just had a milk blister because I forgot to pump one night when I got home and let him have at it before pumping so I literally got no milk. Pumping is no fun.
