Heart palpitations

I'm 34 weeks pregnant and I've been getting a tonnnnn of heart palpitations the past 4 days. My heart is constantly skipping a beat. It drives me insane, especially when I'm trying to sleep. I can feel it up in my throat because my heart will pound so hard. My baby is just fine and my doctor didn't seem concerned. She told me if I feel faint or have a hard time breathing to go get an EKG, but I haven't had that yet. I'm just curious if anyone else is experiencing this?
