I recently tested positive for chlamydia but I'm not sure how I got it. I have been in a monogamous, long distance relationship with my boyfriend for 2 years. The last time we were with each other was about 4 months ago. I was last tested around 9 months ago and was negative at that time. My boyfriend was tested about 2 months ago and was negative. He even got retested after I got my results but he was still negative. I did not sleep with anyone else or share any sex toys. I really do not think my boyfriend slept with anyone else or is lying to me about his results. Im not sure how I could have gotten chlamydia. This whole situation has been very stressful and frustrating. I would really appreciate if anyone has any insight on what might've happened. Thanks❤
