Helppp am I Pregnant?

I had protected sex on the 26th of September and the 3rd of October. My period was supposed to come the 10th(i am not on birth control) but i am now 4 days late. I did have some brown mucus/spotting for 3 days. I took two pregnancy test one on the 15th in the middle of the day and on on the 16th in the morning and both said negative. Could i be pregnant?

+ I have had some clear mucus come out since.
