Sorry for the pic I never lost my mucus with my first so im not sure..

I went to pee and as I wiped, it kept coming and coming like you can see in the toilet paper.. its 4:46am and Ive been waking up with stronger than period like cramps pains radiating to my back without tightness.. with my first they started in the frknt and ended up having a back labor but this time she is sunny side up already I think.

I went yesterday for my 39 week appointment and got a "membrane sweep" but i think she couldnt do much because she say even tho im 3cm dilated baby is 30% effaced and was hard to reach. So im not sure if this if cause of the examn or just loosing it on my own.

Any opinions are appreciated.
