Maternity leave....
I'm trying to figure out when to submit my request for Maternity Leave. I'm in the US and I dont get paid leave or employer benefits so I dont need to worry about any of that. But I'm due Jan 16 2020 and I have no clue how requesting maternity leave works. What if I have the baby earlier or later?? How would I change my maternity leave to match when I have the baby????
