You're using the wrong absorbency. Try a lighter one.

Could be your flow isn’t heavy enough to be using them, or the chemicals (if they aren’t chemical free) could be making you sensitive to them if your flow is heavy enough.

Could it be that you have a light flow? If I use a tampon when my period is lighter than normal it ‘hurts’ to put in and pull out
