Looking at going from pumping to formula
My twin daughters are having issues with my breastmilk. They keep spitting up and puking, even if I mix just a little bit of formula with it. They have been doing better with straight formula. My supply isn't enough for both of them, but it is decent. I have been pumping for almost 2months. Does anyone have and tips or advice for me for letting my supply dry up???
