What is going on?😩

so i had an appointment yesterday at 9am and my doctor checked my cervix and said that she couldn’t get in that i’m barely a finger tip open and done something in there that was like really painful but never said she swept/striped my membranes but she said that i may cramp or bleed because “sometimes that just happens” well when i left i had mild cramping all day long and some pretty bad back pain but no bleeding, i walked about a mile last night and came home and did squats for 5 minutes and when i went to bed and around 2:30 this morning i have been having horrible cramping in my pelvis (more painful on left side) and my back that made me cry and contractions were coming about 6 minutes apart so i got up and moved around for 10-15 minutes around 4am and laid back down and they came right back but at more sporadic times. it’s now 10am and i’m still cramping and hurting but no bleeding or anything?
