Took 9 weeks for AF, but I was almost 10 weeks with twins.

D&C September 26. 3 weeks since but I still have hcg in my system and can’t ovulate or get period til it’s negative.

I had a missed miscarriage and passed the baby 7/21. 6/7 weeks later i got my first period.

Had mine 9/20- natural miscarriage also confirmed that afternoon. HCG out of my system completely 9/21. Still waiting. I keep thinking it's coming and nada. Lol. No ovulation, either, but that's normal- most of my cycles are anovulatory anyway.
