Lactation smoothie
So I’ve been trying to get my milk supply back & I feel like this smoothie is helping. I have it every morning instead of my plain bowl of oatmeal. Just wanted to share Incase someone else is trying to do the same. Plus it’s delicious!
- frozen strawberries
- 1 banana
- 1 cup chocolate oat milk or almond milk
- 1/2 cup of oatmeal
- 1 tbsp of flax seed
- 1 tbsp of peanut butter or almond butter
- 1 tsp of honey
If I’m really desperate I’ll use regular almond milk then add the upspring milk flow supplement
Blend it all up & enjoy!
