Hey ladies. I'm 23/24 weeks almost, having period like cramps under my belly, mostly on the left side. No bleeding and baby is moving fine. I had cramps early in pregnancy which is normal but they stopped around 12/14 weeks. Could it be just my uterus growing and im feeling it or something worse? Have my 24 week apt in a few days so i will ask my dr. Anyone else experience period like cramps this far along? (not the same as round ligament pain) thanks ladies 💘
