I just wanted to share a funny story in light of my recent gestational diabetes diagnosis. Back in the summer time I bought the sneak peek gender reveal test and assumed it would be equivalent to the diabetes test. The sneak peek finger prick left my finger bruised for days, unusable, and very very sore. Not to mention my entire kitchen looks like a scene out of a saw a movie. Today I picked up my glucose meter and The nurse showed me how to do the finger prick and go about testing my blood sugar. I tensed up waiting for that really painful finger prick and I barely even felt the finger prick from the glucose meter. Thank God it’s nothing compared to that stupid sneak peek test. I wouldn’t survive.
