Well I want to start by saying that my period is always on time, it always comes when I expect it to come, but this cycle AF haven’t show up at all; it’s 6 days late, I had some spotting the day it was expected to come, and also last night, I already test like crazy but all of the tests are a BFN, should I be concerned, I mean;

I been having headaches everyday all day, I have sore breast, I’m always exhausted, frequent urination, and nausea

Please help 😰
