One emotional ride

I have been having pregnancy symptoms, the same ones I had with my first son. My cycle was supposed to come on the 17th. I got a lot of faith faint lines on test but on the 14th I got a definite positive. On the night of the 14th I started having light light spotting but it stopped. On the 15th IN the Dr. Office I started bleeding. The nurse took my urine and said oh look you're definitely pregnant then came back and said sorry it's a negative. Then the Dr drew my blood and said negative and my hcg was a 2. I was perfectly fine with waiting to get pregnant until I saw two lines. I have decided to let it go and just look at the facts. Now it's the 17th and my boobs are achy. Idk if I'm going crazy.
