Hey ladies!

So my ex bf never wanted to be apart of our daughters life from the moment I told him I was pregnant. We recently went to court for child support and they asked if he wanted a paternity test and he said yes. We go back on November 14 to get the results. I logged onto the child support website to see if I could get the results there but it’s says “ non exclusion” what does that mean?
