Ovulation Test with Implant??

This may be really ignorant of me, but I just want to have some clarity! 😂

I had the nexplanon inserted at the end of June, completed my period normal length/amount. Then exactly 7 days later started a “period” (mostly spotting) for 6 weeks straight, then had a 7 day break & had another 6 week straight spotting “period” (I know this is common with the implant). 7 days later I had a 6 day spotting “period” & it topped 4 days ago. I took an ovulation test I had leftover from a few months back.

I can’t remember if ovulation tests always have double lines or not?? I got pregnant on the pill with my daughter 2 years ago, I wasn’t on any antibiotics & I took it religiously. I guess I’m just paranoid! Ease my mind? 😬😬 (I don’t have any pregnancy tests at home!)
