PP bleeding stopped then started again?

I'm 13 days pp, had a vaginal delivery with 2nd degree tear. My bleeding significantly slowed down the last 3 days to a clear discharge and some brownish spotting, but today I have some bright red blood down there with the clear discharge and a couple tiny clots when I pee, but no other changes/accompanying symptoms or added discomfort. Sometimes I forget that I'm healing and I'll sit criss cross applesauce, could that have caused damage? Or is this normal? Or at least happened to someone else? 😂 help!
