Diffusing oils
I was diffusing peppermint all day every day for the first couple of days because it helped with nausea (I use Doterra oils) and only diffusing them.
Then I read an article on Pinterest saying that’s one oil that can lead to miscarriage.... I asked the nurse at the pregnancy clinic and she hasn’t gotten back to me....
soooo... does anyone have FACTUAL with evidence if this is accurate or not? Can I diffuse with peppermint?
