Implantation Bleeding or Period Starting

I started dark brown light flow two days ago- my period was due 4 days ago. Sorry for the photos but I’m so scared, really hope that it’s just my period starting.. I have been very stressed and not sleeping or eating well, but it’s a lighter flow than usual.

I’ve noticed a few small clots when I wipe.
