I normally bleed light to medium for 5 days, this month I bleed light for 3 days then spotted for another 5?? Like only had blood on tissue maybe 3 times in a day and it was hardly anything, now it's once after I've been to the toilet a couple times

To my knowledge im not pregnant, but I only had light cramping and boob pain before my period which isn't normal

I don't eat as much as I did a couple months ago, but my weight hasn't really changed so idk if that would affect it??
