10 weeks and the cramping continues...

I’ll be 11 weeks tomorrow and have had what feels like period like cramps and lower abdominal discomfort since I found out I was pregnant at 4 weeks! 🥴 anyone else experiencing so much cramping? It seems like none of my friends had this much... just wondering if this is what pregnancy looks like for me. I’ve seen the baby’s heartbeat at least three times on ultrasound and check with my Doppler a couple times a week so I’m thankful it seems everything is okay. But every time the cramps roll in it worries me 😓
