Medication Safe List?

I'm barely 4+1 and I'm having a really bad cold, congestion, runny nose the works basically. I haven't met my doctor yet and was wondering if anyone has the medication Safe List to take while pregnant. I would appreciate it.

Different doctors recommend different medications. Some say nothing but tylenol and benadryl in the first trimester.

The only reliably safe medicine for cold is Tylenol. You definitely can't take sudafed or most decongestants as they carry a risk of defects. 
I would ask a pharmacy what you can and can't take, they have a database they can check!
