i have extremely sore nipples & NEVER have sore boobs or nipples even when i’m having my cycle. and have woken up with bad acid reflux & i have NEVER had acid reflux. i’m cramping, my period is due on oct 24th & i’m 7 dpo. i just feel physically sick. i’ve never had a baby or been pregnant.

Symptom spotting is a slippery slope. Pregnancy and PMS symptoms are eerily similar,  and are more often than not confused. Causing so much stress and anxiety!  So try to take a breath, relax (stress is bad for TTC) and test when AF is late. Good luck and baby dust !
