Help please 😫😫

Ok so my period was scheduled to come on the 10th of this month, ... and never did😑 I’ve been cramping and everything

For the past couple of days (even before my period) and still nothing. A took a test maybe 4 days ago , & it was negative, the cramps come and go, but still no Aunt Flo... any advice from someone who’s experience the same situation??? At this point, I’m annoyed 😒
