I started birth control for the 2nd time ever a few weeks ago, I start about 2 weeks before I was supposed to get my period. I believe the birth control delayed my period a bit. Anyways.. I’m supposed to get my period in about a week, but I have had cramping and very minor bleeding, it’s VERY dark brown and does not drip at all and isn’t very thin. Yesterday I had cramping (not unbearable but painful at times) still no bleeding.. this morning I’m checking myself out and figuring out if there’s gonna be enough blood for a tampon.. i go search and I feel this weird thing in me, I pull it out and instantly freak out. It was in a ball at first so I opened it up, it was not very bloody at all, it felt like tissue.. it’s was kind of thick and definitely not a normal blood clot.

Does this look like a decidual cast?

Also if it is.. I’m supposed take the sugar pills in 5 days.. will I still get my regular period? Since I passed something Can I skip the sugar pills and take the active pills to delay my period a bit???
