6 days postpartum and I’m super baby that I’ve been able to breastfeed easily ! I was nervous during my pregnancy that I wouldn’t be able to do it but it’s not as painful as everyone made it out to be. It hurt the first day of course, but after that it stopped. He latches on like nothing..

I pumped for the 1st time today and I’m happy I got a little over 2oz. The only time my breast hurt now is because I produce so much milk and my boobs get enlarge fast.

Ladies, don’t let anyone discourage you from trying to breastfeed! I didn’t lactate or anything before he was born and I was discouraged....I thought I wasn’t going to be able to produce milk seeing how some ladies on here were saying they started getting colostrum while pregnant. But once my baby was born the milk just came pouring down.
