I’m 15 weeks and for the past 3 days I’ve been getting some sharp dull pain on my right lower abdomen.. is this normal?

I’m 13 weeks and for two days I’ve been having menstrual like cramps. Worse when I wake up and go to sleep. I haven’t been bleeding. I’m thinking of calling my Dr in the morning.

I’m 14 weeks and I’ve had this more recently. It could be round ligament pains or just things stretching and moving. I think it’s only concerning if your having menstrual like cramps and spotting.
