Is my ex obsessive or jealous?

So its been a month since I split with my ex. My cousin’s friend started talking to me out of the blue and we hit it off. My ex boyfriend found out I’m dating my cousin’s best friend. He said the relationship wasn’t gonna work for my current boyfriend and I. I’m Christian and my current boyfriend he appreciates me for anything I do. He doesn’t wanna change what I do but my ex is thinking that. I’m not gonna go anonymous or hide the names. I just need advice I don’t know what to do my ex sounds like he’s trying to control my life.😭😔💔
