Do you go by weeks or months?

I get so confused with some people saying their babies age. My daughter is 21 weeks tomorrow which is technically 5 months and 1 week but she isn’t 5 months until the 25th. 
Do you go by weeks and divide it into 4 or just on the date of the month?

The only month is actually 4 weeks is February. So 20 weeks is not 5 months. My daughter is 21 weeks & will be 5 months on Tuesday, so we say she’s either 4.5 months or almost 5 months.

Go by the date of the month. I used to get so confused too especially when some people say weeks and others say months.

My LO was born May 31st, last day of the month so every month, whatever the last day is, that's what go by.

I just guesstimate like “he’s almost 5months, he just turned my months or he’s a little past 5 months”

I go by the date of the month and say her age in months, I stopped using the weeks at 10 weeks because other people would be like "what's that in months" 😂

Months, I think people just get confused when I use weeks.
