Ranting about insomnia
Its 12:00am and I have finally given up on sleep.
I have had insomnia this whole week. Started monday. I'll lay down and wont go to sleep till 2-3 in the morning. So I'm here in the kitchen eating chips and cheese dip while my husband is sleeping soundly (which I hate him for 😂😂 im definitely jealous)
I'm not on any medication including birth control.
I'm not depressed or anxious, I'm actually in a good place. Plus when I am depressed or anxious I sleep more.
I dont understand. I just want to sleep but I'm not even really tired, I feel wide awake.
What's wrong with me 😭😭😭😭😭😭
