Umbilical cord
The best way I can describe the smell coming from her stump is that it smells like dry or old period blood. Her doctor says it’s normal, but does anybody else’s baby stump smell weird ? Or is it still barely hanging on from the inside middle cord if that makes sense (like a thread). It’s dry from the stump as you can see, but the bottom inside is moist. Anybody else’s baby?
